BST-502 Microcement Silicone-Ceramic Anti-Fouling Top Coat
BST-502 is a nano inorganic silicone ceramic anti-fouling top coat developed specifically for the characteristics of microcement. Utilizing nano silicone ceramic conversion technology, nano-silicone molecular groups with highly active hydroxyl groups (-OH) and hydrophobic groups (-R) penetrate the surface pores of the substrate through the nano small-size effect, undergo dehydration condensation, and become anchored to the substrate, forming a low-gloss ceramic glazed layer on the surface with bidirectional breathability. The product is green and environmentally friendly, free from heavy metals and other toxic or hazardous substances, with outstanding performance, fully meeting the various protective performance requirements of microcement.
☑ Undergoes dehydration condensation reaction with the substrate, forming stable and firm Si-O bonds, resulting in strong film adhesion with bidirectional breathability;
☑ Non-combustible, high-temperature resistant, no harmful gases, achieving Class A fire rating;
☑ Stain-resistant and easy to clean – dirt does not easily adhere, and contaminants can be easily washed off;
☑ Penetrates up to 3 mm into the substrate; the coating is not easily damaged or aged by acid rain, UV radiation, or atmospheric pollution;
☑ High hardness and wear resistance; outstanding water resistance – can withstand continuous water immersion without film softening, blistering, or peeling;
☑ Achieves an ideal balance of rigidity and flexibility – during film formation, it not only provides physical anchoring to the cement substrate, but the surface hydroxyl groups of the product's nano particles chemically condense with the surface hydroxyl groups of cement and sand particles, forming an integrated whole.

This product can be widely applied to waterproof, anti-fouling, and protective treatment for microcement surfaces in various scenarios. It can also be used for waterproof, anti-staining, and easy-cleaning treatment on surfaces of terrazzo/inorganic terrazzo, artificial stone, bricks and tiles, real stone paint, and interior and exterior wall paint in public places such as factories, office buildings, hospitals, stations, and airports. It can also be used as a raw material for decorative panel production by building panel manufacturers.
